Introduction evening for a process psychodrama group led by Eran Olenik.
You are invited to an experiential introductory meeting with the world of psychodrama led by Eran Olenik.
In the meeting, you will get a taste of psychodramatic interactions and you can ask questions in preparation for the full group process.
The group process (12 meetings starting from 27.4) will allow you to:
• Deepening self-awareness through internal exploration and various interactions with group members
• Knowing and expressing our different parts and examining their influence on us and those around us
• Practicing overcoming obstacles and spontaneous movement and action for what really matters to us in life
The guidance combines tools from psychodrama, group dynamics, IFS, coaching, and somatic experience.
