Invitation to a show of longing and piyyut from authentic sources: "Opening the Gate, Opening the Heart"
The Days of Mercy and Forgiveness are approaching, and this is a special time of gathering, introspection, and preparing the heart for the Tishrei holidays.
We are excited to invite you to an evening of moving longing and piyyut, full of melody, prayer, and a deep connection to tradition and the heart.
Evening Program:✨️
- Guest Artist: Amitai Arikha – singer, creator, and preserver of the Yemenite legend and tradition, in a rooted and captivating performance connecting the old with the new.
- Host: Sat Amrit - singing and accompaniment (yoga teacher playing and leading Kirtan singing)
On Stage: A musical journey between beloved Yemenite piyyutim, unifying melodies, and a dialogue of the heart.
Atmosphere: A spirit of forgiveness, piyyut, longing, authenticity, and renewal, together with anticipation for what's to come.
