Ori and Yogev return to Narbeta!

Show #3 in the series "Songs Around the Sun" by musicians Ori Shemer and Yogev Levi

In January, we embarked on a unique musical project where they will perform once a month at Narbeta, each show special and different in its own way. The war with Iran led us to a break from shows and events, and we are really happy to return to this round, around the sun, to meet again, to sing and play, to be together.

The connection between Yogev and Ori creates a playful and caressing dimension, opening paths and bridges to cultures and styles from around the world. With a combination of voices and musical instruments that open the heart and break the boundaries of time and space.

Their performance combines diverse original music - folk, jazz, rock, and Turkish music, alongside covers in unique and contemporary arrangements of songs we all love.

Ori Shemer is a creator, singer, and translator.
With her deep and powerful voice, she connects styles.
In a variety of languages that bring the musical abundance to a single moment.
In her singing, she awakens deep memories.
As if in her spirit she was with the great composers and musicians of the last century.

Yogev Levi is a multi-instrumentalist playing a variety of Western and ethnic instruments.
Musical producer, arranger, creator.
He has played with the greatest artists in Israel and around the world.
Connecting East and West, ancient and contemporary.
His voice and playing caress and soften the heart.
