About

Tonight!
Pregnancy, Birth, and Parenthood in Hunter-Gatherer Societies 🌿

A lecture with the fascinating anthropologist Dr. Daniel Naveh.
About parenthood in hunter-gatherer societies: What do births look like, cooperative parenting, the attitude towards health, and how are independent children raised with a deep sense of security? What can we learn from anthropological research that can influence raising babies in the modern world?
Dr. Naveh holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology, a Master's degree in Prehistoric Archeology, and additional degrees in History and Education. He lived and researched for a year among a hunter-gatherer society in the forests of South India.
