Join us for a unique evening of music, prayer, roots, and harmony with the Piyut Ensemble – the Israeli-international musical group that has been blurring the lines between tradition and innovation, between piyut and contemporary sounds since 2006.
Under the guidance of the greatest paytan (liturgical poet) of our time, Rabbi Haim Louk, the ensemble has developed an original style that combines the world of piyyutim from North Africa and the Middle East with modern influences, presenting a musical experience that manages to be both ancient and contemporary, both personal and collective.
🕊️ On Stage: 19 ensemble members aged 24 to 85 – singing, instruments, one soul.
🎼 Delicate choirs, captivating rhythms, piyyutim undergoing transformation – from the Middle East to Africa, from the world of prayer into the soul.
